Terms of service

These Conditions of Sale govern every purchase made on shopeverythings.shop (the "Site"), operated by My Store. By browsing the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or complete a purchase.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at service@shopeverythings.shop if you suspect unauthorized use.

When an Order Is Actually Placed

Adding items to your cart and submitting payment information does not create a contract of sale. An order becomes binding only when My Store sends a separate order confirmation email accepting your order. The on-screen "order received" or "thank you" page is an acknowledgment that we got your request, not acceptance of it.

Until that confirmation is sent, My Store may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud or unauthorized card use, inventory that turns out to be unavailable after your order was submitted, shipping restrictions to your address, or a pricing or product description error. If we cancel after payment has been captured, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Pricing and Errors

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate prices, but errors can occur. If an item's listed price is materially incorrect, we will contact you before shipping to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order confirmation has been sent, and to refuse or cancel orders placed at an erroneous price.

Payment

Payment is processed at checkout through our third-party payment providers. By submitting payment details you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Estimated delivery times are provided in business days and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery windows may vary based on carrier performance, weather, and destination.

Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, timeframes, and refund methods are described in our shipping and returns policy, which forms part of these Conditions of Sale. Please review that policy before requesting a return or refund, or contact service@shopeverythings.shop with questions about a specific order.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to My Store and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to interfere with the Site's security or normal operation.
Do not submit false, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment or account information.
Do not use automated tools to scrape, resell, or manipulate pricing or inventory data.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Store disclaims implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law, including California and other state statutes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Conditions of Sale at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated version is posted; the version in effect at the time of your order confirmation governs that order.
